By accessing fitspirator.com or engaging our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Fitspirator

Fitspirator is a professional fitness and nutrition coaching service operated by Karthick, an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach. Our flagship programme is the 90-Day Reboot — a personalised coaching programme combining biomechanical assessment, ACE IFT training, Precision Nutrition habit coaching, and daily accountability via the Coach Catalyst app.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically capable of participating in a fitness programme (or have medical clearance)
• Provide accurate and complete information on your application form
• Have access to the internet and a compatible device for the Coach Catalyst app

3. The Coaching Programme

3.1 Programme Structure: The 90-Day Reboot includes a biomechanical assessment, personalised training via Coach Catalyst, habit-based nutrition coaching, weekly 1-on-1 calls, and monthly reassessments. We commit to a 48-hour response time for direct messaging.

3.2 Commencement: Your programme officially begins upon completion of your initial assessment and receipt of full payment.

3.3 Client Responsibilities: You agree to complete daily check-ins, follow your programme to the best of your ability, attend scheduled calls on time, and communicate honestly about your health status.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Investment: Pricing for the 90-Day Reboot is personalised and agreed upon during the Strategy Call.

4.2 Refund Policy: No refunds are available once the initial assessment is completed and the programme is delivered. A full refund is available if you cancel before the assessment. A partial (50%) refund may be considered at the coach's discretion if cancelled before week 2. No refunds are issued after week 2.

5. Health, Safety & Medical Disclaimer

Coaching services are for educational and wellness purposes only and are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice. You accept full responsibility for your health and safety during training activities. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition programme.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content, including training plans and coaching frameworks, is the intellectual property of Fitspirator. Materials may not be shared, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information. The Coach will not share your personal health or progress data without explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Communication & Availability

The Coach commits to responding to messages within 48 hours on business days. Both the Coach and the Client agree to provide at least 24 hours notice for any call cancellations or rescheduling.

9. Programme Termination

Fitspirator reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship without refund in cases of abusive behaviour, provision of false information, or failure to adhere to payment schedules.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fitspirator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the coaching programme.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
